Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We are using SharpSpring throughout the organization. It is a friendly platform that allows us to manage all the opportunities that enter our funnel based on customer acquisition, increase the level of monitoring and the rate of closing of each sale. The characteristics of SharpSpring accelerate the sale with the use of micro-marketing tools by each seller. This allows me to recommend companies that sell solutions to use this powerful resource. In fact, I can consider it as a necessary and indispensable tool for the sales team.

  • Among the things that would improve the platform is to be able to see the opening of the email by the lead and not by the administrator. Currently it happens that both openings are displayed in the prospect's history without differentiating in what time the lead opened.

SharpSpring generates more productivity and efficiency by managing sales opportunities. It reduces the time of activities in each sale, therefore, I consider it to be the most powerful tool to which all solution providers that directly impact our sales.
I consider SharpSpring to be the best platform to manage sales opportunities, due to its unlimited power when creating different campaigns at the same time. It allows to me to visualize in real time the movement that each leader has within their website, it also facilitates the call to action so that a seller can attend to the request before the competition acts.
