Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring for all of our sales and marketing efforts. It automates all of our campaigns through email, social media, retargeting, etc. and allows us to run reports on all this data to make sound business decisions. Our sales and marketing pipelines are managed in SharpSpring, which keeps everyone focused on the most important things.

SharpSpring is very easy to use. The product is easy to navigate even for the most tech-adverse user. It is easy to explain to a user base, and they are quick to understand how to get immediate benefits from the product.
SharpSpring support has been one of the best I have ever experienced. There are various ways to obtain additional training and support, and tickets are handled by an informed team who really want to help.
The ease of integration and setup makes it perfect for all industries. The powerful configuration tools help administrators configure the tool to fit any business model or process.
