Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring for all our internal agency lead management and email marketing programs. Our new business team and digital teams use it almost daily to automate MQL processes and contact/lead management. We also send six newsletters a month to highly-targeted lists in SharpSpring.

SharpSpring is an amazing tool for small business owners and first time agencies.
Seriously, the best part about SharpSpring is their support team!
This is a great CRM for small businesses and smaller agencies. It works really well for basic marketing programs and for people who don't have in-house designers. Their support team is more than willing to go above and beyond and ensure you are successful with your campaigns. There is a little bit of a learning curve and training needed, but once you have it down, you can create some great things.
