Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is being used at my agency as a CRM to our sells team and we use as a marketing automation software as well with email trails and landing pages to engage and conquer new leads.
We offer SharpSpring to our clients too and we manage for them when we do marketing projects.

I've selected SharpSpring because they have a more complete platform with marketing automation, social media integration, a lot of API integrations and finishing with a great sales CRM solution. All others softwares that we have at our disposal right now have only some features and you need to buy and integrate a lot of softwares to achieve what SharpSpring does.

Overall the usability is good, and we can find things very easily, but because SharpSpring is a very complete solution and has a lot of functions, those functions was included throughout time and don't have the best usability yet. It is very easy to use, but it can improve the usability a lot though.
SharpSpring has a good support even though I only used once, because It is a very easy tool to understand and use. My ticket was responded and resolved in less than 24h. They have a lot of channels to talk and the response time is very fast, overall we're very happy with the support team.
SharpSpring is well suited for companies who needs a fully solution with marketing automation and CRM. It integrates all social media, emails marketing services, landing pages and so on. All this marketing tools with CRM integration results in a powerful tool for those 2 teams and sales force.
I think is less appropriate when the company has a low budget and doesn't need a CRM tool, only marketing automation. For that we have some softwares less expensive.
