Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact
While I have been in marketing for 15+ years, I am just now bringing marketing, as a service, to our company. We currently have only two staff members involved in our marketing team, but we do have some very long-trusted freelancers helping us with various aspects of our marketing development.
- Customer service is the best I've experienced from any company, ever.
- The tool set is robust and relatively easy to use and understand.
- Specifically, the level and ease of use of the automated job sets is outstanding.
- Some of the email templates are tricky.
- Too soon to know, but I am very excited about where we are headed.
We spent several months looking at a variety of marketing automation tools and SharpSpring was by far the best we saw. They are agency-focused and are not trying to compete against what we are doing. Just the opposite, they go out of their way to help make sure everything is working and they provide excellent support with marketing materials and training. I'm very impressed.

I'm not sure there is upgraded support available. If there is, I can't imagine how it could be better than the support we already get.
