Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact

SharpSpring is our CRM and our marketing automation platform. We use if for client processes, marketing, prospecting, sales and all related metrics. The granular lead scoring capability and the marketing automation make it an incredible prospecting and data tool that provides intelligence around industry interests and needs.

  • Comprehensive analytics allow us to easily see what is working and what is not.
SharpSpring, for the price, is preferred over HubSpot and Pardot. I prefer SharpSpring to Infusionsoft/Keap for the ability to load media, track users and granular lead scoring.

The ability to load all marketing media, including ads through the platform...and associating a unique IP to each contact helps us to lead score and gain particular insight into what is resonating with prospects and where prospects are on the journey. While it is a serviceable CRM, it is a great marketing automation platform. For the price, better than the major competitors.
