Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
Shopify is an excellent tool that our team uses to be able to sell. Setting up a store is super easy and allows you to sell online.
- Shopify does customer service extremely well. Their team is always available and super helpful and knowledgable.
- They have every integration imaginable so if Shopify itself does not offer what you like, I am sure you can still find an integration to do so.
- The time it takes to set up a new store is extremely minimal which is a huge plus.
- The interface makes sense and is easy to use.
- Further sales analytics such as projections based on traffic, etc. would be helpful.
- The included templates could be better for sure.
- Price can add up if you are including all necessary plugins, etc.
- Ability to sell online to make more $.
- Saves us tons of time on the front end in terms of setting up a website.
- Helps our team stay efficient.
I have not personally tried any other products besides Shopify because there is no need to.
