Overall Satisfaction with ShoreTel
Currently ShoreTel is implemented for a select few departments across the institution. It was chosen as a VOIP solution to allow more flexibility for our enrollment services department.
- Easy to use VoiceMail System.
- Call Forwarding
- Ring Groups
- Warm and Cold Transfer (difficult for some users)
- Directories
- More robust Station-side Automated Attendant
