Overall Satisfaction with ShoreTel

Implementation was simple but there was no adoption program launched with it.
Currently ShoreTel is implemented for a select few departments across the institution. It was chosen as a VOIP solution to allow more flexibility for our enrollment services department.
  • Easy to use VoiceMail System.
  • Call Forwarding
  • Ring Groups
  • Warm and Cold Transfer (difficult for some users)
  • Directories
  • More robust Station-side Automated Attendant
No other products evaluated. Cannot make a fair comparison.
Any outages have never been the fault of the ShoreTel solution.
ShoreTel support is probably great for direct customers. But through a state contract we are forced to utilize a third party for support and they are not always responsive or helpful.
