Sigma is used across our organization both as a visualization tool for reporting and by our department to pull and slice line item detail. It has helped the business more efficient at answering complex issues.

Pros and Cons

Allows the user to quickly query large data sets.
Optimization for Snowflake allows for decreased lag times.

Sigma's visualization tools could use some improvement, it is sometimes difficult to tell the story to the end user as well as we'd like.

Return on Investment

Solid reporting contribution for the money, allowed for detailed reporting capability that increased productivity.

Easy to use for entry level analyst, shorter learning curve than competition.

Support Rating

Support is always available, has helped team through very specific issues on multiple occasions. The team has even added features as a result of the feedback. Could not say enough about the Sigma overall support level.
