Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing
It's being used across the board. We generally use it for summarizing the loan app statistics across all the banks, prepare the data for campaign, and troubleshoot product issues
- For me it's doing a great job in troubleshooting when I need to know if the certain issue is happening across all the banks or not, to find out how many loan apps are affected.
- Provide customized report that the bank requested.
- I wonder if there's a way to directly put an SQL query and then generate the report.
- It definitely helped business users to get more familiar with the bank's engagements and identify what we're doing great vs what we need to improve.
- Get to the root causes/how the issues impacted faster.

It's doing a great job on analyzing data across the banks.
I was using Business Object for generating customized reports for our clients but it's hard to use compared to Sigma. A lot of buttons and functions are not straightforward.
