Overall Satisfaction with SignEasy

We use it primarily in the Flight Operations Department for signing documents when pilots are on the road, day rate form approvals, and for Supervisors to sign off on training records. There are many other choices to use for simply signing docs but we went with SignEasy for two reasons. The first is because there is a timestamp and data of who signed what when that is back-up on their end. This is needed for us because we also use as a backup option to fill out a aircraft discrepancy form. Leading into the second reason, SignEasy has made it really easy to set up templates to a form used frequently. For our discrepancy form, there are 3 different people it has to be handed off to for them to fill out their portion. The form must also be filled out in a specific order (one person cannot do it before another). All parties involved in completing the doc are notified of the status of completion which is very helpful as over 50% of our employees are away from the office.

The template creation is why we selected SignEasy. We had to have a backup option for completing this form and SignEasy was the only product we found that could do it and have a good UI. There may be one or two other products on the market that can but they are way too difficult to figure out for a layman to set up who has no IT background.

If you just need a form signed by one person every so often, I wouldn't think that SignEasy would be the best choice for the price point reason. But if you have docs needing signatures by multiple different parties or repetitive forms that need to be filled out by different departments, this tool is great.

SignEasy Support

The email me several times a year to check in and see that we are doing well or if we have any questions. They have also flown to us from their HQ to Dallas, TX to come tour our facility and see how we use their product first hand.
