Overall Satisfaction with SimplyBook.me
When we had the product we used it for scheduling calls with different prospect agencies that we were looking to work with from different time zones. This was to us the most useful feature as we could put the selection process on the agency giving them enough time to complete any materials they needed to do before the meetings.
- The calendar system is good and clear.
- If appointments need to be changed that was easy.
- Good organization tools.
- Some of the navigation use to be confusing but that has been sorted.
- Blocking out my calendar times.
- The easy requesting tools.
- It's fast, no long loading times.
- Return on time.
- Taken away the stress of booking so many meetings in such quick succession.
As they are messaging services they don't focus on the importance of keeping a well-organized schedule. most of them don't offer any type of in-depth appointment scheduling system. I would always defer back to the paid system if I need to arrange so many meetings for such a long period of time again.
