Overall Satisfaction with simPRO
simPRO has been a great tool for our business. We have transitioned from all our other PM software to this and it has been great! It did take some time to set it up initially and we are still learning new things every day. All in all tho, it has been great. I do wish we had more options on the BI reporting to pull reports in real-time rather than every 24 hours. I have been in contact with customer support though and they have been helping me to work on a solution.

- Job costing.
- More options on the BI Reporting.
- Ability to customize views similar to Knack or Sales Force.
- It has allowed us to start to log cost.
- Track our customers throughout various stages in the process.
It is better than using Zendesk or trying to custom build a system. Zendesk and so many other tools are so focused on the sales aspect of things and don't give you enough back end options like job costing, inventory management, etc. It is the best tool I have used for solar project management thus far.
