Overall Satisfaction with Skedda

We are able to manage people coming in and out of the office so easily now. Even before Covid, we had problems with managing the availability of workspaces. That is not an issue anymore - people can book as they wish and we have customized our rules to best suit our office.
  • Allows self-service of bookings by users.
  • Very easy to use and train people on.
  • Maps look great.
  • Lots of rules and settings.
  • Nothing to add here
  • The check-in system.
  • The beautiful maps.
  • The backend settings for booking rules.
  • Good admin control.
  • Positive - we have reduced our floorspace but maximised efficiency of it.
  • I can spend valuable time on work, not spreadsheets.

Really great for us for allowing staff to look after their own bookings. We have saved so much time filling out spreadsheets. We can also see who else is booked in and organize team meetings and project co-work spaces. Syncing with our calendars also allows us to share these meetings quickly and simply.
