Overall Satisfaction with Skedda
Skedda is used for meeting room bookings throughout our 4 offices in England and Wales. It allows users to manage their own room bookings at their convenience and gives the administrators in each office the necessary information to handle those meetings as needed. When looking for a solution I needed something that would give the users ownership of their bookings, allowing them to see the availability of all the spaces and make a booking as and when they needed it rather than having to wait on the admin teams to pick up on emails and Skedda delivers that. The customization options in Skedda means I can set the system up however I need, with flexibility to make changes when the need arises which other systems were lacking when I was testing them.
