Sketch works in a similar way to programs like Figma and InVision. Sketch is a mac only program so it works well in a mac environment. Tools like Figma and InVision have better collaboration tools and are both cross-platform. Sketch is easier to use and more intuitive for most designers as compared to Figma and InVision.
