Overall Satisfaction with Skrill
We used Skrill to pay our service providers in non-U.S. based countries, allowing them to receive the funds using Skrill Money Transfer and other transfer solutions, store them in a Skrill "digital wallet" etc.
- Skrill allows paying with fairly low fees
- Skrill supports quite a few locations and currencies
- Skrill allows usage by people using different languages, which makes it easier to sync with non-English speakers
- Skrill has an average but not terrible business account management system
- Skrill's UI can be bloated and slow sometimes, and overcomplicated
- There are some issues with localization and language, some concepts didn't see to be translated properly
- What an e-wallet is, is not super clear to potential users
- Transfer target management
- Support for multiple currencies and languages
- Cheap fees and fast transfers
- Skrill has simplified payments to various countries that we used to transfer funds to using multiple other vendors, saving on time and increasing ROI
- Skrill has good local payment options so allows service providers to easily receive funds, increasing happiness and decreasing churn
- Skrill has good support for multiple languages, allowing easier usage by service providers who receive the funds, cutting down on support requests and questions
Skrill is cheaper and seems simpler, most times, but perhaps lacks some advanced features that cause us to end up using another vendor.
