Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business

We use Skype for business across the whole org, it has solved all our video conferencing and content sharing problems. Many of our staff telecommute/work remotely so and we use it for all our communications.
  • Video Conferencing is seamless and the quality is awesome.
  • Content Sharing is easy to use and helps with collaboration on projects.
  • Telephone conferencing works well and helps us connect with external contacts.
  • I can not think of anything as it works as designed every time for me.
  • It has become our primary communication tool and removed the need for desktop phones.
Personally I prefer Skype for call and video quality.
I can not think of anything as it does content sharing, phone calls and video conferencing really well.
