Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business
It is being used by the whole organization for quick private or team communications between employees, at all levels, everyday.
- Allows for team chats
- Allows for saving groups of contacts
- Interacts with other business tools like Outlook (status changes dynamically depending on your schedule)
- The interface is very streamlined and basic.
- It helps in recovering information, if urgent and necessary, in a quicker way than normal email communication.
- It allows for group communication to be sent instantly (for those last minute meetings or important updates you need to be informed about ASAP).
- Allows for personal communications between employees (ask for help, for instance).
- Overall gives me a sense of community, within the company, that other communication tools available do not.

I have not used any other similar tool in the past in a work environment. I could notice the difference having access to this tool makes when compared to not having it available.
