Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business

Skype was used to reach out to other office coordinators within the city. Direct messaging was keen when it came to instant communication when phone conversations were not an option. Also was very helpful even it come to brief meetings, as the video quality wasn't bad, and file sharing was available.
  • Instant communication
  • File sharing
  • Links can be easily shared to invite participants to meetings
  • Video and audio quality can use improvement.
  • Skype can be purchased at a decent price.
  • Teammate inclusion has definitely improved in regards to morning huddles, team meetings, and group messaging.
  • The ability to tune into meetings through video or audio increases flexibility.
  • Zoom
Although I do enjoy working with both Skype and Zoom for video conferencing. I would honestly say Skype delivered better video quality.
Skype is perfect for instant messaging and video conferencing. I would definitely recommend to large and small businesses.
