Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
Skype is being used across the organization. We use it for instant communication between departments as well as to check on information about contacts. Seeing the availability of co-workers and their contact information immediately is a great help. We also are able to generate emails from the Skype interface, which is very useful.
- Contact information.
- Instant messaging.
- Availability.
- Sending an email should be a front-page option.
- It's making our employees more effective in daily tasks.
We have no experience using other competitive products.
