Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business (formerly Lync)

Skype for Business helps us to drive technical calls by screen sharing with the whole team, and for communication within the team by means of chat, file sharing, voice calls, etc.
  • Screen sharing.
  • Chat function.
  • File sharing.
  • Status setting.
  • Offline email messages.
  • Launch time of desktop application.
  • It displays one user name multiple times with all the conversations, I would like to see it as one chat window.
  • Overall performance should be made fast.
  • Quick catch-up and follow-ups via Skype are beneficial.
  • Online status of present employees.
  • Quick meetings.
I am satisfied with the present features and support.
