Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are an online store and we use SkyPrep to train our sales representatives and our customer support team. We provide them onboarding training which includes product training and role specific courses.

SkyPrep has helped us streamline the process by automating manual process that we had before. It has simplified course management, user management and the delivery of the training to our employees.

We looked few other vendors but we liked SkyPrep interface and features more. One of the biggest differentiators is that SkyPrep offers customer success manager to all of their clients.

I highly recommend SkyPrep for companies that are looking to train their employees remotely. We use it for our sales and customer support team. It is very easy to manage and easy to operate for our employees. The amount of questions we get on how to work with SkyPrep from employees is very minimum and their feedback is positive.
We have a customer success manager which with us from onboarding and providing support. She helped us with setting up our platform and regular checkins to make sure we use the platform in the best way. Overall I am very satisfied with SkyPrep and highly recommend it to organization looking for a fast, easy and powerful tool with no complications and slowdowns.
