Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SkyPrep to implement our training programs. We also use this program to track internal/external certifications and licensures. Our business has sites spread across the mid-west and south; therefore, it can be tricky to ensure that our commitment to safety and quality training for our customers and employees are met. With SkyPrep we are able to ensure that our training, vision, and mission is consistent amongst all employees.

SkyPrep LMS is well suited to implement and track training programs. It's very easy to use for site admins (Power Users) and the end-user (learners). Without the QR code system is not suited for an construction site environment where a supervisor or auditor would be able to instantaneously check what certifications an employee has. You can pull reporting for this; however, at a large site, it would be a slow process.
