Slack is a collaboration software used by our client. It is a truly amazing piece of collaborative software which has so many features. On top of that, it is extendable and add-ons can be installed to integrate new features. It is also easily integrated with microservices to provide alerts using hooks.

- Slack has very little room for evolvement, it has almost done everything perfectly.

When it comes to the extensibility and the third-party integration features of slack, there are few competitors. Slack is leading the collaboration space and has created a revolution.
