Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack for daily chats, discussions, huddles. Basically, this is the overall solution to get connected with peers.
Every day we use Direct messages. We use it for discussing in temporary/permanent channels. So our use cases are:

- Huddling with peers sometimes have voice lag.
- Screen freezes after huddling with the screen share end and when the user wants to chat with peers.

- Negative impact: multiple screen share is not allowed together.

In slack, we have the option to create and discuss in various channels very easily.
UI looks clean from the user's perspective.
UX is also good considering the feature it possesses.
Replying to various threads is very easy.
The search option for searching through keywords throughout direct messages and channels is a great feature.
