Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack as our main tool to communicate with our teams and create silo department/project groups to discuss, collaborate and even include our clients in the loop. It helps us stay on track with things and makes communication much easier and simpler. The ability for Slack to connect to Apps also helps us with file sharing and input from clients as well as managing our documents.

Slack offers simplicity in its structure and its proposition. Its engine provides better reliability and takes less time to load (reducing crash times on laptops) and provides an easier UI that allows you to do more all from one place. Notifications are easier to manage as well without the frustration of missing out on important messages.
