Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Slack allows us to communicate with each other internally as an organization. We can also participate in channels and group messages. For example, we just had our biggest conference of the year: RISE WEST. So we created a RISE WEST channel to communicate and plan before, during, and after the event. This was crucial in our efforts to gain new business.

- The side panel is tough to navigate sometimes

Slack is way faster and easier to use in our opinion. We tried hangouts for a bit, but it just isn't as clean or seamless. We selected Slack because of this. We operate on efficiency and speed. Time is our largest constraint so we try to maximize it, which wouldn't be possible without Slack.
