Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Slack is fantastic for us. We enter all our deals and follow-ups in Slack. It helps greatly with workflow and time management. Slack works wonders for us.

Slack is much better because it's a quick entry. Pipedrive requires field entry, so I like Slack better. Pipedrive has advantages with many fields etc, but for now, on mobile, I like slack better. Slack can improve by creating fields within the app, so I think slack should make several improvements, and then it will be much better than standard CRM. that being said, Slack si doing great right now for being a great deal flow app.
