Our team uses SmartRecruiters Team throughout the entire hiring process, from job postings, to reviewing applications, initial phone screens, interviews, and offers made. It is used across the whole organization and each hiring manager has complete access to the system. It addresses the issue we were having previously with not having one streamlined recruiting portal.
- They have excellent customer support and account management. They are always there for you if you have a question.
- They are always taking customer feedback and implementing it into new features. They really do care and want to know about how you use the product and how they can make that process better.
- They need some room for improvement when it comes to managing third party recruiters and ease of use for these outside recruiters.

We selected SmartRecruiters because we found that their overall UI, mobile app, and third party recruiting tracking was far beyond any of the other competitors.
