Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet

It is used by the entire PMO department (~150 employees) for project planning, timelining, resourcing, etc.
  • Gantt view.
  • Predecessors.
  • Share functionality.
  • Changes in the cloud available to all users.
  • Currently not plugged in to any other software/programs we use in the PMO.
  • Folder structure is confusing.
  • Timelining.
  • Sharing timelines amongst team members.
  • Working in the cloud (not being tied to a server).
  • Increased efficiency.
  • N/A on costs - happens at enterprise level.
  • Working remotely/wherever employees are without VPN.
Works more efficiently than MPP as updates can happen in real time in the cloud and be collaborated on with other team members.

It's great for timelining, and sharing timelines amongst team members.

It doesn't solve all resourcing needs, so those are solved for in other programs/software.
