Overall Satisfaction with SMTP2GO

we use SMTP2GO for our faxes and Scan to emails from our copier as well as devices like routers and switches that need to send admin notifications. easy setup. no fuss no muss.
  • fully integrate with your email domain for full functionality.
  • give you multiple options for wide range of email sending needs
  • online portal is easy to navigate and easy to use / setup.
  • none that comes to mind
  • Full MX record integration! like DMARC, DKIM and SPF authentication so your emails legitimately appear to be coming from your mail server.
  • The ability to customize all facets, such as custom "from" or "name". making this true private label service.
  • the ability to seamlessly disappear. meaning your email recipients will never know your using a relay service unless they look at the headers.
  • extremely reasonable pricing plans based on volume of emails.
  • They even a bottom tier free service for people that require low volume.
  • Works seamlessly with M365 and on-premise Exchange servers, as well as G suite and any other email service.
We have been using SMTP2Go for about 2 years and the reliability is 100% so far. They are FULLY integrated with your domain by allowing you to be able to set up you domain MX's DMARC, DKIM and SPF record in DNS so your emails are relayed seamlessly. Many other competing email relay services don't offer this extra integration and if you don't have these, I promise you will see your emails constantly getting bounced by spam filters. Your email recipient's servers need this to confirm that your emails are truly coming from your domain and not spoofed (faked). Company has it together and knows their stuff. highly recommended.

Yes, if they have the need for the service, then I would definitely recommend them. Particularly if it is to be used for a device like a copier or other device to send automated emails.
