Overall Satisfaction with SMTP2GO

SMTP2GO is an add-on for our web hosting servers, which allows emails to reach their destination without being bounced or blocked. The control panel is very friendly, very complete and allows you to review the existing problems with the mail, review, add or delete the bounces, you can check which domain is sending the emails or even which is the email account that sends the most. It is a very useful add-on that you must have.

The price is very important and the support provided by the company too.The price and accessibility of the plans is one of the important things that differentiate SMTP2GO from other companies. If my email delivery is little, I do not have to pay large amounts, I can modify it to my liking. And the support was always prompt and helped me when I had trouble setting up.

We have mail servers that are from several domains and SMTP2GO works perfectly ensuring that emails are delivered on time, you can control which domains use the service or which domains can be blocked, thus ensuring that spam is not sent. A problem could be if someone using the same IP to send emails on the account (shared) instead dedicated, makes the IP being blocked.

Evaluating SMTP2GO and Competitors

Yes - Before I used sendgrid or MailChannels, but the cost was very high, and the options were limited, if someone else used the same ip to send mail and it got dirty, it hurt my account.
