Overall Satisfaction with SMTP2GO

We use SMTP2GO for email distribution from our ERP and other applications that require an SMTP gateway. The system was simple to install and works great. We never have experienced an issue with this product. Prior to this product, we could not pass emails from our ERP & other systems to our Outlook product. SMTP2GO was an inexpensive approach to solve a serious interface problem.
  • Extremely easy to use API.
  • Activity page provides for easy to use reporting.
  • Blacklist monitoring.
  • Feedback-loops with all major providers.
  • Would be nice to have an built-in-contact database.
  • The product can get expensive when you grow to a large size.
  • Don't have much negative to say. Great product. Perhaps make the dashboard more modern.
  • Ease of product management.
  • In 8 years we have never had an issue.
  • Solves all of our interface email issues.
  • Using this product allowed email interfaces between our ERP and various distribution lists.
  • Saved hours of time by providing the interface from our ERP's to out users for emails.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams
We like to keep things simple in our company. could not get more simple and powerful than SMTP2GO. It works like clockwork in our environment. Would not even consider replacing this GEM. Worth its weight in GOLD. We looked around for a similar product and hands down we choose SMTP2GO.
