Overall Satisfaction with SMTP2GO
We use SMTP2GO for all our authentication needs whether that be for printers, scanners and other external auth needs. We have found that it was difficult for us to find a product that wasnt tied to an email for auth purposes that we had to manage passwords. This gave us that freedom.

- Techs can now use the service to setup scan to email quickly

This service was the only and so far the best service we have used for email authentication purposes. We have in the past would typically use the Gmail accounts as a one off for each company but it became cumbersome to manage. The security aspect of the gmail set also became challenging but with SMTP2GO this has been a better option.
