Overall Satisfaction with Snowflake
It is used by the whole company. We went with Snowflake because it is faster than Vertica and easier to manage different warehouses with.
- Great for managing different warehouses.
- Quick and efficient.
- graph function on snowsight is still very preliminary
- Analysts are able to write heavy queries at the same time which increases the speed of analyses dramatically.
Snowflake is a lot faster, feels more lightweight, and is overall easier for our BI team to manage and grant warehouse accesses.
