Overall Satisfaction with SOCi

Soci is the service that our company uses for all of our social media needs. We are able to monitor all of our social media activity in one place. This includes seeing the number of engagements, reviews, and activities. We are also able to update all of our social media sites from one focal point that is also uploaded to all social media sites.

We do not have any specific scenarios in which we can say that Soci has not helped us. We know that they are able to notify us if or when some new feature becomes available within social media that they let us know when we have an open or incomplete option.

SOCi Support

We have not had to contact support so there is nothing to say in response to this question. We are sure that if we needed to contact them we would be able to get any issues resolved quickly.

Using SOCi

They do a good job. They have been able to help us understand trends and how to react as things change in the market. They are watching what is going on in social media and have been able to better position us for any of these changing items in the market.
