  • Social Mention does a great job of in-depth searching the internet for mentions of your subject.
  • Social Mention accurately records time of last mentions.
  • The absence of Social Mention alerts is disappointing. It was a great function.
  • Sometimes, Social Mention pulls up hits that are not particularly what I was searching for--even when using advanced search. It's hard to sift through all the hits.
Social Mention is a good product, but could be better in overall functionality. It gets the bare bones job done, but is time consuming to sift through all the hits that aren't related to my overall search.
