Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds ipMonitor
We have been using SolarWinds IpMonitor for about three years to monitor our infrastructure, mostly for network devices and servers. It is very easy to set up and configure, and I strongly believe is an affordable tool for small and medium businesses price wise.
IpMonitor is a tool we use to display vital system sensors on a wall TV screen in our IT department. It has a pretty informative interface with only the details we need for our operations.

- The map view could be a little bit simpler.
- Helps the L2 team to troubleshoot possible issues.
- Helps to monitor remote offices and start acting before they even realize they have an issue.
IpMonitor is easy to set up and has a clear and easy reading interface. It's user-friendly for entry-level technicians. The price is good.
However, for big enterprises, PRTG Network Monitor might be a better solution.
