SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor is being used for the end to end monitoring of our network connections across our remote locations.
- Monitoring Cisco devices
- Monitoring Mikrotik
- Monitoring SonicWall
- The availability reporting should be improved. There should be a web custom view where users can set a date and time (period) of availability to be spooled for a particular node or group members, and interfaces.
- The SQL database grows so fast too soon. SolarWinds should find away of compressing the database as the file grows.
- Better customer service.
- Increased support staff efficiency.

Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - Stakeholders must be kept abreast of what the project will achieve and limitations should be communicated ASAP when observed.
