SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor is being used for over 30 sites by the whole organization. It monitors availability, net flow servers and [applications]. It allows for proactive action and usage monitoring.
- Net flow investigation of usage of lines
- Up / down service notification
- Wallboard
- Interface needs to be made more modern and high tech looking.
- Allows us to know immediately when there are issues rather than wait for the customer.
