Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor
Our network engineering team uses SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor to maintain two WAN networks. It is also used for monitoring and troubleshooting. Our local IT staff as well have access to SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor.
Pros
- Net flow
- Alerts
- Easy to use and configure
Cons
- The maintenance contract is expensive.
- Positive: easy to use
- Positive: good technical support
- Negative: expensive maintenance contract
Have used both ManageEngine and OpManager and both had many bugs. We were always asked to upgrade to new version. SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor is more stable.
