Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor
SolarWinds Network Performance Manager gives us insight to network traffic flows, network hardware health and bandwidth utilization. We use it across our IT team to know what is going on with the network at all times. It gives us knowledge about what our traffic is doing. It is an asset to any organization.
- Quick visibility into network traffic using graphs and visual displays.
- Easily identifiable network issues with latency, availability, and usage through graphic displays.
- Identifies traffic resources through net flow captures to see where the bandwidth is being consumed to allow for future planning.
- It would be great to see an even more customizable graph/report in the main window panes.
- The licensing could be made a little easier and less painful.
- Advanced alerts to be accessed through the web GUI would be an improvement.
- Better customer service.

Ease of deployment seemed much better with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor, and the cost was fair. The reporting capabilities were easy and robust.
