Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor
Solarwinds Server & Application manager has become a major asset for us in helping see small issues before they become a lot bigger. Its addressed numerous issues with slow applications and high usage that we never knew existed until implementing this product. Solarwinds Application Manager not only helps our IT Department but our company as a whole. I couldn't recommend this product enough.

- Could be more user friendly
- Difficult for non IT users to understand
- Support structure could use some adjustments
- Has extremely minimized downtime due to server over usages
- Helps our team in staying ahead of and troubleshooting issues before they become major issues
- It has helped us see where we need to expand technologically as a company
We looked into other monitoring programs such as Ciscoview and HP Openview and other products but found that Solarwinds Server & Application Monitor seemed to supply more of exactly what we were looking for as well as came across as a better overall product for our company. Solarwinds Server & Application Manager was fair priced and provided more than enough for what we needed now and in the future.
