Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor
We use SolarWinds Database Performance Analyzer to help deal with Oracle performance issues. This is a primary source of information on what could be causing poor database performance. WE also use it to help identify poorly performing SQL queries by database wait time.
- Showing top waits created via SQL queries in Oracle.
- Provide supporting information about those queries, such as cause for wait, username, and workstation.
- Showing anomalies in the database on a day to day basis
- Cost is high and requires ongoing subscription.
- Too many yearly sales calls trying to get me to buy more.
- Greatly increased speed of database performance troubleshooting.
- Makes the overall database load very easy to visualize.
