Overall Satisfaction with Solarwinds Service Desk (formerly Samanage)

We use Solarwinds Service Desk for inventory and ticketing service.
  • Inventory tracking
  • Forwarding ticketing requests
  • Price point for smaller businesses that don't use all aspects of it
We have not previously used any other software.
Support as far as payments need some work. When the transition was made, it took 2 months to get payment over to Solarwinds Service Desk.
