Overall Satisfaction with Solutionreach

We are currently using Solutionreach across our whole organization. It has helped us with the always present problem in the Dental/Healthcare field of unfilled and no show appointment times. We have been able to add about $3,000.00 to our production just this year so far alone using the simple automated systems on Solutionreach.
  • Confirming your already scheduled appointments. They will continue to reach out on your behalf to your patients/clients until they receive confirmation that they will be at their scheduled time.
  • Helping to fill openings in your schedule. By using the SR schedule feature you are able to add a simple schedule now feature on your web page as well as in all your correspondence with patients. This makes it simple for them to get the appointment booked while they are lounging at home at more convenient times then what you may be available to call.
  • SR conversations is also a wonderful way to reach out to your patients. In today's world just about everyone uses smart phones and prefers the quick text message to the phone call. This system allows you to do just that with your patients on a secure network.
  • I honestly have not had an experience with Solutionreach yet that has caused me to feel there is any area that needs to be done differently.
  • Solutionreach has helped us to maintain/update our web page more often. We are always wanting to stay up to date and with the different features they are always developing it helps to push us to keep up.
Solutionreach, in my opinion, is more user-friendly. They are also very quick to offer a helping hand in areas that might stump us. I also love that unlike Demandforce when we were using it Solutionreach is always on top of things. If for some reason our server has an issue and they don't receive the upload they need with our information someone is on the phone calling me to let me know. This is not the case with all software systems most don't inform you, you have to call for help when you notice that it hasn't uploaded with the data. This could put you weeks behind on your correspondence.
If you are looking to take tasks off of your secretarial staff that can be handled in the automated world this is the program for you. When the software system you already have will run reports and give you the information needed to reach out to your patients why not use this added software system to take it one step further and reach out to those patients for you?
