It addresses our need to maintain software and hardware inventories, as well as deal with any of our help desk ticketing. We have, in the past used it in order to ensure that products and services are currently online. We are also members of the community at spiceworks and try to both contribute and draw information from the community members. Attending the spiceworld party annually is something that is always welcomed.
