Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use Spiff to calculate commissions for our pre-sales and post-sales teams mainly - really anyone with commission structured compensation.
  • Accuracy.
  • Very much a new user so not much to add here.
  • Generally very accurate - less friction between ops and sales departments.
  • customizable and easy to understand user interface.
  • More transparency into calculations.
Frontend user interface is very simple - backend requires much more training.
Sales reps definitely trust the process.

Yes

Spiff is great for customizing plans across different departments and making the front end of things very clear and easy to operate. The backend is somewhat more difficult - definitely requires training without prior coding knowledge - but Spiff University is pretty comprehensive and provides a lot of great resources.
