Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff is used seamlessly for sales commissions/incentives calculations and as a disbursement tool in the organisation. It's being used in the whole organisation by whoever is eligible for incentives. The live update & sync for calculating the commissions transparently, otherwise it's very difficult for an employee to track their incentives.

As because , the training imparted was well defined and self learnable. The online sessions explained the benefits, features and complete sue of the tool to map your own performances. Not only that the guide book also helped and the online query submission also is a great support for this tool .It really helped a lot for the training sessions for all
